Red Roof Inn Philadelphia - Oxford Valley Langhorne, Langhorne

Our stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. While the location was fantastic with easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions, we encountered some challenges with the room and service. The rooms were a bit underwhelming with a musty smell and issues with cigarette smoke, but the staff, especially the Manager Jerry L, went out of their way to handle a difficult situation professionally. Despite these ups and downs, the hotel's proximity to various amenities and attractions made it a convenient choice.

The hotel rooms were smaller than expected, but it was enough for an overnight stay for my wife and I, along with our two kids under 5. The bathtub had stains on the edges, and the room smelled very strong of cigarettes, which was not pleasant. However, the service was pleasant and accommodating, offering to keep items refrigerated and fulfilling requests. The location was very close to Sesame Place, making it convenient for our trip, with proximity to various dining and entertainment options. The dining experience lacked luxury amenities like a pool, shuttle service, and breakfast added as a package, but toasted sandwiches were available. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory considering the price.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and smelled wonderful, with nice amenities. However, there was a lingering smell of smoking even though the hotel is non-smoking. The service was exceptional thanks to Ricky, who was extremely helpful and patient. The location was perfect for us, close to restaurants and activities. The dining options were convenient and added as part of a package. Overall, a great value for money!
